Who we are

From a very early age, Angelia developed a fascination with the Cooking Channel and often used her mother’s groceries to experiment with various dishes. As she matured, she continued to prepare meals that many people found themselves longing for after tasting. In 2019, Angelia started her catering business. However, in 2020, she decided to step back from catering to explore other career opportunities.

Since 2022, Angelia has frequently felt signs and guidance from the Holy Spirit urging her to return to catering. After reflecting on the “Parable of the Three Servants” (Matthew 25:14-30), where one servant hid the bag of silver given to him while the other two multiplied their gifts, and with the encouragement of her partner Britania. Angelia experienced a strong conviction to re-enter the catering industry. Angelia chose to obey God by affirmatively responding “Yes” to her calling in catering.

We are excited to introduce ESTIR THEE PROFIT CATERING, inspired by the Book of Esther and led by Executive Chef Estir (Angelia). We hope this brief introduction encourages you to say “YES” to God, as many wonderful opportunities await you when you do!
