Yes, we do travel for our catering services! We're more than happy to accommodate events at various locations. Our team is ready to bring our delicious food and exceptional service to you, no matter where you are!
However, our team reserves the right to decline certain locations to ensure the safety of our team.
Is a deposit required to book the catering services?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to book any service. All deposits are nonrefundable to ensure that we can effectively manage our schedule and resources. This policy allows us to provide the best possible service to our clients. If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that the deposit will still apply.
When is the remaining balance for my service due?
The remaining balance of your total service must be paid 30 days before your event. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
What is the refund policy if my event is canceled after I have paid for services in full?
If, in the unfortunate event that your event is canceled and you have paid for your services in full, you will receive a 50% refund. We understand the challenges that come with unexpected cancellations and strive to provide support during this time. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to facilitate the refund process efficiently.
